The studio was opened in 1982 by Jenny Hosmer ARAD.
About the studio and the Royal Academy of Dance: Our teachers are
registered Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) teachers. We adhere to a carefully
structured syllabus, which is both fun and safe. While ballet is fun, it is
also physically demanding, RAD teachers have the training and qualification
necessary to teach dance to young children and students, as well as
continuing training throughout their careers to update their skills and
knowledge.
The Royal Academy of Dance’s syllabi have been devised with
great care to enable a child to progress through their dance training in
planned stages, demanding no more of a young body than it can cope with.
Our students may enter into the yearly RAD examination and the
studio concert once every two years.

ABC Mita Studio is the official ballet school of the Austrian Ballet
Company-Tokyo (ABC) as well as an open dance studio.
